Our Mission Statement
To serve God by upholding the highest standards of integrity  and professionalism in our journey to provide exceptional service and satisfaction. To please customers and the insurance industry in the repair of vehicles to a safe, pre-loss condition. In so doing, remain competitive and expand our foundation for continued growth. This mission will be accomplished by continuing to train our technicians in the latest techniques for repairing late-model vehicles and striving to satisfy our customers at any cost, and remembering to keep God in the center of everything we do.
Our History
We at Scott's Body Shop, are proud to continue the tradition of excellent service to the Big Rapids area that began in 1966 by Scott and Janet Taylor.
Together, Mike Enszer and Bill Edwards purchased the business in August of 2004 and are committed to bringing their customers the quality workmanship and unsurpassed customer service that has been delivered from Scott's for 40 years.
Mike has a well-known reputation for service and satisfaction in his previous sales and management positions here in Big Rapids, and enjoys making customers happy.
After working for Scott and Janet for several years and going on to other ventures and business opportunities, Bill has returned to his hometown to service the Big Rapids area.
